    Bench: 300lbs (Raw, no arch/legdrive, slight pause)
    Squat: 385 (Just a belt, parallel, legs slightly wider than shoulder width)
    Incline: 255
    Power Clean: 225 (God I suck at these.:wtc:)

    My bench and incline could have been a lot higher, but I was just being lazy. The squat maybe could have been 395-400.

    Height: 6'1
    Weight: 240ish
    Age: 17

    lol @ maxing on incline :o

    next time you wanna do a PR, decide on the weight.. then right before the lift, add 10 lbs. :o

    :eek3:. I'd love too though and if I could bring a friend along so I don't feel so out of place (Note: My friend has a 500+/300+/400+ total.)

    Why no arch on bench? As long as your shoulders and butt are on the bench it is legal and safe right?

    It is an exclusive private powerlifting gym. Stacked with EFS equipment and music so loud you'll break your eardrums. We have 10 elite level lifters and a bunch of newbies.

    Nothing specific really. Squat and Dead are going up quickly, but bench is at a standstill. I'm curious what your advice would be.

    What do your workouts for bench currently look like? How many times per week do you train bench? Do you want to increase your raw bench or shirted bench.

    I lift at Detroit Barbell doing conjugate so I'm doing a heavy day and a speed day. I've been stupid and I've been max benching off my chest just about every week and then going to board work after that. I still feel like I should have gained some strength even doing dumb shit like that. I bench raw.
