Started lifting mid september last year at 153; weighed in this morning 200.2, my goal was to hit 200 by the end of April and I did it :wiggle:

I wasted the first few months really... 17lb gain, wasn't even benching/squat/deadlift until mid december. Did purs routine for a few months, was getting results but didn't really like the once/week per body part thing so switched to an upper/lower split.

    Starting Lift #s:

    Squat: 95x12
    Deadlift: 115x8
    Bench: 85x7
    Dips: 10 bodyweight
    Pull-ups: 8 bodyweight
    Front Military: 55x8

    Current #s:

    Squat: 245x8
    Deadlift: 325x10
    Bench: 165x13
    Dips: 12 w/ 55lb added
    Pull-ups: 9 with 25lb added
    Front Military: 115x7

not sure what i'm going to do at this point yet... part of me feels like bulking more since i still feel small, but another part feels like a small cut for summer because i feel fat too

47lbs in 6 months and you are still fairly lean. Did you do this naturally or did you have 'help?'

Have never maxed. Most I could give you is estimations from a calculator.

before does not look like me, and also does not look like i'm constipated

Lots of milk. Lots of carbs from brown rice, breads, and the occasional (though almost daily of late) dessert.

I have a lot of cheese because it's easy calories and makes eggs taste amazing.

Most of my protein is from above sources, whey, chicken, or tuna. I don't have an exceptional variety.

    Lots of PB as well.

Really nothing all that special about it... just consistent eating and getting enough calories. I don't count (though I used to) - I've gotten pretty good at just getting it right by feel.

whats your height. Your on the track that I was on. I started at 155lbs. and my goal is 200lbs. I'm at 192lbs right now. Since I'm 6'4" 200 lbs is looking too small and now I'm thinking 220, but well see. Either way AMAZING work, I'd say don't stop now.
