I started out with squats and tried my best to hit 295 but missed after doing 285 comfortably..( bad knees from 8 years Pro Agressive Skater)
I was pissed and started my Flat bench with DB's heres how it went.

    70x8
    80x7
    90x7
    100x7
    115x6 Baby:wiggle:

Man I dont know what it is but since I started using DB's more my strength keep going up.

Anyways Im out - off to some Xmas party

i wish there was a place like that close to me :wtc: it'd really help me to learn from the stronger lifters there...at the gyms i go to i'm either the strongest or someone is barely stronger than me on like the bench press :mamoru: kinda sucks

yah its just that i would love to learn from someone stronger than me , or have a workout partner that could squat 500 or something. would be a great learning experience. sucks when everyone at the gyms you go to only are doing curls to look "pumped" at the club

Exactly, I have Liane Blyn who placed 2nd in the USAPL Women’s Nationals, and at least 7-10 other strongman/PL guys who compete. The Gym has everything from a stripped Cavalier, Kegs, Huge stongs, Tires, sleds. It really is an awesome place but expensive.
