Hit another DL PR

    On Monday I pulled 315x3, today I pulled 320x4. Not sure how I got the weight up considering everything was going against me (hours of sleep last night, food, energy level), but I'm not going to complain :)

    dang so last time you barely did 265x6 and now you hit 320x4? What's the secret and did your form change?

    I had been stuck on 275x4 for a while, then said "Fuck it" and went for 315 on Monday. Today, I had more confidence so I did 320x4.

    My form didn't really change much at all. I'm leaning back just a little bit more, but I think it's more of a mental thing. When I did 315x3 for the first time, I was pissed that I hadn't been able to break 300 yet, so I psyched myself up (a lot of self-talk ie "you can do this, this is nothing" etc) and just went at it.

    me too, one of the employees asked me to stand on an aerobic step so the weight wouldn't hit the ground :ugh:
    so i grabbed my bag and walked out
