hit a PR on deads, 345x5!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 wtf i cant add but i also jacked up the right side erector in the process it's gonna hurt tomorrow, i'm sure of it. i'm on teh advil and corona so i can sleep tonite. i'm still walking straight so it's not TOO bad. I am not sure if i'll be doing deads next monday, though. edit: i went home at lunch and ate outside on the patio. i was looking at the weights from my deadlift workout, which were still on the bar, while chewing and added them up. "WTF!!! " it was 345, not 335.
