Hit 300 x 1 on my deads today, new PR

    Pretty happy about it. I know its not necessarily a hell of a lot of weight, but its just been a goal of mine for a while. I was a little worried I wouldnt hit it as I barely got any sleep last night and took a T3 before I went to school today because of a bad headache.

    I can do 225 x 3 x 6 .... think i can dead lift 300?

    No. When I could do 225x5x5, i couldn't even break 315 off of the floor.

    im not trying to break 315 off the floor though, just get 300 x 1 once :wiggle:

    Ill wait until i can do 245 for reps before i attempt 300 x 1.

    You know what I meant. If you can get 300 for 1 rep, then you could certainly break 315 off the floor.

    Try it, you never know. Just because i couldn't do it doesn't mean that you can't.

    Congrats on the PR - I couldnt get my 4 plates up tonite only a few inches....:(

    but its not t hat big of a deal when you say 400

    that usually means "in that general area"

    Congrats. I hit a new pr tonight of 425. I'm up 20 lbs from my last pr and man it feels good.
