Went downtown to get a few pics of the restored part of downtown, next door to the new Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The majority fo the buildings seen in my pics below were formerly Liggett-Myers, the cigarette company. They sat for years after the plant closed, and now have been almost fully restored into offices, restaurants, and suite-style apartments.

    Canon 300D
    Sigma 28-70mm f2.8-4
    Zenitar fisheye

Where the old train port was. Part of the tracks still exist, and there are a few old train cars being restored on them now...

Very windy, and I had a tripod. Most of the blown out pics are with the Zenitar......which is obviously no great piece of glass.

You can't miss it if you are on the Durham Freeway (147).
