I'm currently 5'11" and 164lbs. Last year I went on a bulk and got up to 184 but it was a lot of gut, despite hitting the weights 4 times a week. I've been running a lot this summer (10ks, 7.2mi road race, 5k, etc) and have very little body fat (or muscle) at the moment. I'd like to learn what the hell I'm doing wrong (my guess is mostly diet) and be forced into a bit of discipline and regular routine. My business schedule only leaves the early mornings open or possibly mid-afternoon. Is there any benefit in hiring a PT? How do I go about finding one? My goal is strength and thickness. My necksize is small as is my back thickness. I need a stronger neck for the motorsports that I do, where Gs really hit you in the corners. Advise oh mighty ones!
