do u guys get it when squatting/deadlifting?
shit hurts even when i walk
What kind of pain? Injured or sore?
dont know ima wait a few days before i go to doc
I used to get it a lot. Groiners and sprinters (groiners, one leg at a time) have pretty much eliminated it, along with my other warmups. That's what has helped the most for me from what I can tell; I left it out for a couple weeks and pain came back.
I get some if I DL/squat too often. What i've noticed to help is lots of stretching of groin/hips and foam rolling as well between workouts.
ye it was prolly because i squatted 3 times in a week and dlifted twice
