What are some good workouts to fix hip muscle imbalances?
Depends on which muscles. I've always been trained that increasing core strength is the best way to fix hip problems. Also Saw-Reaches (Kind of a one legged squat with a cable) are good for the hips.
1-legged squats w/o a doubt
welcome back to F&N
Basically any single leg movements: RDLs, bulgarian squats and lunges (particularly onto a 6" box), step-ups. Also things like x-band walks and supine bridges to get the glutes firing.
How often should you do supine bridges? Also does db or bb make a diffrence with Lunges
i have no life again, good time to pick back up the lousy and arduous habit of lifting weights
