i'm not a big fan of hiit. imo, i'd stick to 30 minutes of moderate cardio

I just run up and down the stairs. Run up 15 levels, take elevator down, repeat.

I guess it'd be better if it was like 45s run up, 1:30 walk down, repeat, but elevator is lower impact :o

    meant seconds not minutes

i follow a different a chart. One that breaks you up and gives you longer rest times with small increases in sprint. 30 secs of jog, 20 secs of run, 1 min of jog, 30 secs of run, 1:30 secs of job, 40 secs of run and so fourth.

    15s sprint
    60s jog
    15s sprint
    60s jog
    15s sprint
    60s jog
    15s sprint
    60s jog
    15s sprint

I prefer HIIT... seems to work well for me, and cuts the cardio time down drastically
