HIIT training on a stationary bike?

    i do something like
    2 min warmup...
    15 seconds flat out (145rpm)
    20 seconds coast (70ish rpm)

    i can do like 3 rounds of the flat out/coast and im fucking beat :ugh:

    even tho this was like my second day trying it out...
    any suggestions?

    if you're looking to do stationary biking and spin classes are available to you, you should attend some. they fucking beat the shit outta you :bowdown:
