The fact that this is my first post should say something. So if you could give me some advice I'd appreciate it. HIIT will kick my ass but I won't have to do it as often and I hear it shoots your metabolism through the roof. I used to run 3 miles a day though, regularly. I don't think I'm in that shape anymore. Do you think I should run normally until I'm at least back to where I was before: or do HIIT exclusively as it's supposedly the best for weight loss. I like running, I know alot of people don't. But I don't think I should put as much focus on running x miles a day anymore. What do you think.
