I already searched archives and read-up on it... I am just curious how often I should do it (I read three times a week) and what I should replace with it. (I am a small girl, 5'3, 109) Basically I lift m, w, f. right now, I do intervals on the elliptical for 20 min before on those days. On Tuesdays, I do ballet or jog four miles On Thursdays, I jog 4 miles On Saturdays, I do yoga Sundays off. I don't mind giving up the jogging for now, but once spring and summer hits, I will def need to do it once a week, it clears my mind. I read that you should do HIIT on your days off, so I am curious if anyone has any advice on when would be best to do it and if I should keep doing elliptical. I am trying to cut fat right now and not gain.
