HIIT on eliptical

    i usually do it for about 30 mins a day 4-5 days a week but my legs feel real tired towards the end of the week, any suggestions on how i could have my legs not feel so worn out?

    I've had sessions where 9 fucking minutes of HIIT made me puke. You're not doing 30.

    well i cant really get more then almost 18 mph it says on the machine when im doing the "sprinting" portion

    4 HIIT sessions per week is probably too much

    maybe ill try upping the resistance or something but i get my heartrate up at like 185-190 so i cant see how im doing this wrong.....

    would have to be a track its too irritating to up and down the speeds

    When our coach wants a guy to lose weight he has him do 8seconds on 12 seconds rest on a bike set at 13 resistance for 20 minutes
