HIIT cardio vs traditional

    can i ask who has had success with both? anynoe tried both? what worked better for you? as in trying to get ripped

    I think he meant like healthier meaning for joints and such....

    I feel if your diet is very very restrictive, cardio will hinder you not help you. In this case a fast walk on the thread mill is all you need, just to up your bodys hormone secretion

    i do HIIT on a treadmill. it's kicking my ass. i do some crouching and swinging to put some effect on my abs and it shows. it leaves me feeling spent for hours after.

    I do both, but my focus is on cardio vascular conditioning rather then getting ripped. I like HIIT better.

    My wife is doing HIIT on our treadmill too- seems pretty freaking dangerous to me.
    She's doing speed 5 for 30seconds, then speed 9 for 30 seconds for however many intervals she's on now.
    One misstep on lvl 9 and she'll go flying off the back and be a pancake on the wall. :noes:

    She's getting pretty nice and firm tho :boink:
