so i've been doing rippetoe and i like it but i want more size/endurance in the muscles. i'm thinking of slowly increasing the reps from: 5 5 3 2 2 5 5 5 (last 5 are work sets) to something like 10 10 8 7 7 10 10 10 every week i'll add a rep or two and not raise the weight. i'm thinking around the 8 rep range, i might need to only workout twice a week instead of 3 times a week. i'm already eating alot to keep up the normal rippetoe pace, i will have to eat more and get more rest too. any thoughts?
