when doing high intensity you burn more calories, when doing low intensity you burn less calories but a greater % of those calories come from fat. Does anyone happen to know the difference in the %'s burned?
ie, high intensity- calories burned 400, how many calories from fat?
low intensity-calories burned 400, how many calories from fat?

I do low intensity for 45 minutes everyday. Seems to be working becuase I'm on a cutting diet, I've been losting bf very noticeably and my weight has only dropped 1 lbs, if that.

i'm switching it up and going to do the low intensity for a while, i just want to know the ratios to know how long i need to go to keep the amount of fat burned even.

Do you seriously not realize how much more specific your question is? And how many variables it depends on?

i'm not asking as specific as 22percent of calories burned come from fat, i just want a general idea, like half calories come from fat during high intensity, and 2/3's come from fat in low intensity

Doesn't matter. Its the volume of calories burned, that is changing.
