High HDL levels

    Are there any negative side effects from having an extreme level of HDL's? did a search on google, but I could not find any problems associated with this. My nutrition professor swore that she read something about it but i can't seem to find it.

    HDL is GOOD

    Yeah if your HDL gets really low then you can start worrying.

    It's the LDL you don't want getting high.

    Yeah i know that, its just that my professor swore there was something negative that can happen due to extreme levels of HDL. I wanted to double check and try to find this so called article.
