    Omg, after a few exercises, I was wore completely out. I decided to swap up my eating routine a bit to try something new. Never again. Oatmeal preworkout ftw.

    I rely on food to give me the energy I need to get through a workout. Otherwise, why the fuck would we even eat?

    I never have, and never recommended it before. However I figured for a change of pace I would change things up this morning and see if I noticed any difference. Well, i did. haha. Not for the good.

    Seriously? That is weird... Do you ever think about trying something different and adding some carbs in to see if it helps ya?

    What fat sources would you be using? I just have a shake w/ creatine about 30mins before my workout but I'm trying to cut out all of my shakes except PWO.

    Wakeup with an empty stomach, dont eat, and go for a back day, including deadlifting. Then get back to me on that.

    i get sluggish if i eat a big meal pre-workout, but eating an apple keeps me from getting hungry mid-workout and that with the water tends to keep me from cramping

    I find a box of smarties kicks off my workouts real well. I heard somewhere that insulin levels are constant during exercise too.

    Redbull FTW.
    All I need is something to get me pumped for the first exercise which is usually going to be some major compound movement. For example, today is back day. I'll need a redbull to get me through my warm up deads SS with wide grip pullups and by the time I'm halfway through the dead ss Pullups the redbull is worn off but I'm now running on pure fucking Testosterone.

    try eating 10 grams of carbs for every set you're going to perform in the gym.


    and don't get that faggot oatmeal either, get some solid foods at least 1 hour before workout.

    A Cytogainer shake 1.5 hours before is perfect imo.

    Agreed, although individual results may vary...

    If you WERE (hypothetically) going to consume Malto / Dex... I would actually go with DURING your workout (with BCAA's) and consume them over a extended period of time.
