What's the highest capacity magazine availalbe for a 10/22?

10 round mags suck, I spend more time loading than I do shooting and i've got like 8 mags.

Someone who is familiar with the Cali laws...is there ANY WAY that I can get a 30rd mag? I mean what if I "bought" a 30rd mag before the ban? Can I still use it now?

butler creek 25 rnders, and then jungle clip them together... works pretty well. Mitchell i think made a drum teardrop, and someone makes a double stack 50 rnder, but if your looking at serious use, go with something with steel feedlips.

if you read the BATF letter it says that any modification to use a motor, or other means besides cranking it by hand might cause the weapon to no longer be considered semi auto since the actuating device would only require one pull.

Just get some Butler Creek Hotlips or steel lips. I've gotten the 25 rd hotlips (plastic) on sale for $12.88 recently. Steel lips are better, but usually about $30 each. Also get the Butler Creek Mag loader, it really works and make shooting my .22 enjoyable again.

Are the steel lips supposed to come apart for cleaning? I bought two of them for my daughter and they don't stay together when fully loaded. Are they supposed to be glued and these just got missed?

I've got three and they came together from the factory and don't come apart... Maybe you got some from a bad batch?

I guess so. The damn things just come apart. I thought that couldn't be right, but I wasn't sure. We haven't been back to the range since I glued them together.
