    Current setup

Disk 0: Image drive, images are mix between Fat/NTFS (this drive is where the images are loaded TO, not from)

Disk 1: NTFS partition that contains images
Fat Partition that includes software needed for testing
NTFS partition that includes sw needed for testing

    Situation:
Testers boot to a menu that has two options Windows and image loader. Image Loader is a batch file that will automatically ghost whatever image they choose to Disk0. After imaging, they reboot and boot to the first option in the boot menu; Windows. (NT4, 98, 2k, XP)

    My Problem:
I want to hide the Images partition (located on Disk1) so they don't mistakenly erase it.

Not sure baout how to hide it, if that's even possible at such a low level, but why not give them a GHOST batch file?

Press 1, and it can reformat and load the ghost image automagically.

If they're using the batch files how could the mistakenly erase it? They would need to deliberatly use the format routine to do it.

Or are you talking about them wiping out the image partition from within Windows?

yes I meant through windows, after they load the image they want, they have access to the slave drive which houses the image files.

i didn't want to have to use tweak but i will give it and the other a try, thanks fellas
