My children watched from my daughters cupboard, a man sat in front of the doors so they could not escape. The cupboard had open slats making their viewing posible. All Peter and Sandy could do was watch has my wife was raped over my daughters bed. My wife was said to have been laughing whilst this was happening, she would not let her son and daughter know their pleasure caused her discomfort. My son was eight years old, he knew what was happening, he knew that his six year old sister would be next, he got to Sandy before the men had a chance. They found Sandy with a plastic bag wrapped around her head. Peter was shot by the men shortly after they had finished with my wife. She had been strangled.

I was in a cafe in Turkey at the time. I was drinking a hot mocha.

    Cool.

Good max for bench for your age.

Now, please do not dig yourself a grave here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the stickies (esp the Nutrition EDU) and the archives.

There is a shitload of info if you just browse around for a while.

I recommend you not create threads until you search at least 8 pages back + stickies + archives to see if your question/comment has been posted before you do so yourself.

Have fun and I hope you learn some good stuff here.

Lying here will get you called out.

    Let see some pictures.

Also, read the stickies, and know that everyone here has a 400+ deadlift and squat, and a 200+ bench even if they look like they've never seen the inside of a gym in their entire lives.

First read read read and read some more.

Your looking for a 160lb increase. You're young so dont be too hard on yourself. 400 lbs in attainable. My friend in highschool was a sophmore benching 365. He was dedicated though, so 400 lbs is not setting sights on failure.

It is reachable but know being dedicated to your diet and workout routine is key. If you know you won't be able to be keep a good diet and workout. Either quit now or lower your goals.

If you don't hit 400lbs dont be sad just be content with the progress you have made eventually it will come. Just remember its a marathon not a sprint.

Yes. A good friend of mine recently benched 405 and he is a senior. Granted, he is as wide as your house and has 1' long arms. He also weighs about 250lbs.
