i'm back. i've been messing around with cardio & machines for a month or 2 now, starting actually lifting again as of today. for those of you who don't know me, i went from 113lbs when i started here years back to 168 over 2 years. at 5'8. leaned down to 160 & carried it for a while. had a hernia & other various injures. finally finishing rehabbing the scar tissue out of my knee & wrist. currently at 155 but not anywhere as lean as i should be. stats when i was sidelined were 235 bench/335 squat/ 350+ dead(i don't remember anymore) just got my bulknutrition order & i'm ready to go again. haha.
