Did you ever hit a lagging bodypart more often...what'd you do to specialize?
My biceps are the shittiest muscle on me and they look out of porportion to the rest of me. I'm wondering this as well.
first thing i usually do is stop training it for a week or two....then i add it back in and hit it from every angle twice a week for as long as i can before i start to feel over trained in the area.
Sometimes just not training it for a week or two can stimulate it...i do that with my arms alot. Sometimes lagging parts are overtrained...not lagging. Let them grow or repair.
Also switching things up completey as in the order you train them or even the time of day or day itself.
