The front sight is off center. The post isn't in the center of the circle.
That's fine. It's meant to be able to move side to side. There is a front sight tool that will move it left or right if your point of impact is too far to one side.
I have this. Works well. Also comes with front sight post tool.
You can just get a sight tool like the one posted and you can move it side to side. Or just use a hammer, whatever.

Most of the AKs I've built, the sights aren't centered but are sighted in just fine. I say if it shoots straight, leave it alone.
Yep I think my Norinco is the only AK thats sighted in and the post is actually centered.
As long as the whole FSB isn't canted the post being off is no big deal.
mine is not either.
