So yesterday at work I wasn't feeling so well and when i got home I just fell into my bed and slept for quite a while. I've been coughing/throwingup/fever/runningnose/and headache for all of last night and today. I'm feeling a little bit better and my fever and throwing up have stopped. Would it be wise for me to go workout tonight or tomorrow? I didn't go last night because i felt like death. I looked online and read some stuff about taking contrast showers to get better before working out? or by doing some light cardio and not lifting? as always, any response is always super appreciated guys!
