Hey guys what do u think if of this routine?

    i think i got this routine snigg, what does oT think?

    Monday:
    Flat Bench: 10x3, 90 seconds between sets, not to failure, same weight each set
    DB Incline: 4x6, 60 seconds, not to failure, same weight
    Skullcrushers (subst. with weighted dips): 4x6, 60 seconds, not to failure, same weight
    Side-Laterals: 10x3, 30 seconds, failure is fine, same weight
    Weighted Abs: 10x3, 60 seconds, no failure, same weight

    Tuesday:
    Squat: 5x5, 120 seconds between sets
    Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 4x6, 90 seconds, not to failure, same weight
    BB Rows: 4x6, 90 seconds, not to failure, same weight
    Weighted Wide Grip Pull Ups: 4x6-8
    Hammer Curls: 4x8

    Wednesday:
    Off

    Thursday:
    Close-Grip Bench: 5x5, 90 seconds between sets
    Decline Bench Press: 5x5, 90 seconds
    Standing Military Press: 4x6, 60 seconds, no failure, same weight
    Upright Rows: 3x12, 60 seconds, no failure, same weight
    Hanging Leg Raises: 3x15, 30 seconds, failure is fine, same weight

    Friday:
    Deadlifts: 8x3, 120 seconds, not to failure, same weight each set
    T-Bar Rows: 4x6, 90 seconds, not to failure, same weight
    DB Rows: 4x6, 90 seconds, not to failure, same weight
    Wide Grip Pull Ups Weighted: 4x6-8
    DB Curls: 4x8, 30 seconds, failure is fine, same weight

    besides legs, what about it regarding chest etc.

    i agree that i could use more leg work in there, but other than that this routine has worked wonders for me. it is not a split either, so these comments about leg/back day are worthless.

    How can you say "other than that" regarding a giant muscle group?

    i know that my legs could use more training and im working on coming up with a new routine that will utilize them more. For the past few months this routine has increased strength and size in my legs through DL's, squats, and SLDL's. I also incorporate calf exercises as well, i just forgot to add them to the routine when i sent it to the OP. My next routine will target my legs more than this current one.

    anythign with predetermined rest times is pretty dumb.

    really? i tired out this workout today its pretty good bc of the limited amount of rest time, it also pushes yourself to stay focused
