First a background....I used to weigh 170lbs and i'm 5'9 right now i'm at 195 and still 5'9. I was skinny because I used to play football and workout everyday in the weight room. I did pretty average benched like 285 and squated like 410 or something or another. I've never really been serious about lifting butttt..... I came onto this forum and saw some of you guys in your pics and I got sad and so I started working out...well it's been a week really when I say working out. Anyways, I had been going to the gym and not doing very much besides running. I ran on a treadmill but when I went outside to run I almost fucking died running 15 minutes straight...also, how should i break up my days to get the best out of it? cardio/upperbody cariod/lowerbody off that's what i'm doing right now...
