Hey guys, well now that I'm finally settled into my new place and have a stable job and have pretty much gotten over all my financial hurdles with my wife. Not to mention the fact I'm sitting on my ass atm on WCB (workers compensation) because my elbow is all fubar'd and I'm getten physio I might aswell setup my shit. I'm a former Kickboxer/Wrestler and I weight in at 174lbs at 6'4" right now. I'm a warehouse worker lifting (that is my job) anywhere from 20lbs to 160lbs 8-10 hours a day. Now I'd like to setup a routine of hitting the gym for 30 mins to an hour afterwords 3 times a week and doing kickboxing twice a week. My main concern are.. 1) Getting a proper workout, I need video/picture techiques (I don't wanna fuck my body up anymore than it currently is). 2) Putting on weight, I'd be comfortable at 220-230lbs. Always has been my goal. I do not know my current body fat % but given my size and a quick glance I can pretty much say I don't have much body fat I've always had a tri-athlete build I'd like to get out of. I'm tired of this 'small' size and I'd like to bulk so with some help I hope to hit that goal. Right now I'm here to collect info and within the next week or two once my elbow is fixed up and money saved up I'd like to Begin ordering Protein shakes and collecting food that I can prepare. If it's any consilation this is my daily routine of life. 8am - 8:30am: wakeup, shower, prepare breakfest. 8:30am - 9am: eat 9am - 9:30am: check news, browse net. 9:30am - 10am: Ride bike to work. 10am - 11am: Get ready, grab machine (I use powered pallet jacks), eat another breakfest. 11am - 1pm: Slave away 1pm - 1:15pm: 1st break 1:15pm - 3pm: Slave away 3pm - 3:30pm: Lunch 3:30pm - 5:30pm: Slave away 5:30pm - 5:45pm: Final break 5:45pm - 7:30pm: Finish work 7:30pm - 8pm: Ride home 8pm - 9pm: Dinner/Time with wife So hows that gonna work for you guys if you were in my shoes?
