As you may recall I posted a thread a while back about how I was taking swimming lessons in order to learn how to swim a proper lap.

Well I'm back, and I'm not too bad at it! I think I still have a big prob when it comes to bending my knees and i gotta get my breathing down a little tighter.. but its a big improvement :)

heres the video, watch in VLC!!

Do you shave all your hair off so you get less drag in the water?

    Swimming is a blast. Congratulations.

I still can't breathe while doing a crawl stroke. :o I always inhale water.

You are lifting your upper body and head when taking your breath. It's about moving your upper body and neck sideways to take a breath, not lifting them up.

Keep on swimming, one of these days things will fall in place. :bigthumb:
