anyways, first day back in the gym three days ago, circuit trained pretty much after 1 1/2 off due to surgery and dislocated shoulder........anyways....didnt lose much however the second day back i did arms......to make a long story short, i cant straighten out my arms 2 days later.....they are THAT sore, it almost feels like i tore something  I hit them hard though and it feels like im a noob who just started training, you know that soreness? damn, it hurts so much and im walking around like a air-latted clown with my arms bent like a gorilla.

anything i can do to make this soreness go away? i had to take another 2 days off now from upper body because theyre that sore.

in addition to what's been mentioned, you can try massage, epsom salt baths, and active recovery techniques
