    too hard to take pics with a webcam. legs are fine. I'm gonna keep working them anyway.

    Chest, shoulders, arms, back (all of it), assuming you need to get those wheels in shape too...

    Diet change to lower body fat...

    Then you'll be rollin' dirty, son.

    traps, chest and delts need the most attention.... but to be honest everything except your abs needs some work.

    If you're not doing them yet start doing deadlifts and incline bench presses. Those 2 exercises will help bring things further along.

    i'd say just get bigger overall...it seems that you've been focusing on your six pack rather than trying to bulk up and get bigger overall :dunno:

    you been training since may...nothing to focus on other then lifting and eating for the next 3 years. Then reevaluate
