I am currently at 275 pounds around 32 % BF The Max weight for my branch for my height is 202 pounds max BF is 24% I dont know if I should aim to lose the BF or the weight? Any ideas? Also what is a MINIMUM amount of calories I can take in a day and not die while spening 50 % of my day working out? Are there any cheap ( I am broke ) low fat low carb things I can buy? At this point taste isnt a option I dont care if it tastes like shit. I want to lose the weight in roughly 1 - 1.5 months time is it even possible? Or would 2.5 months at a weight lose goal of 1 pound a day be more realistic?
