that's what I was thinking, he's like skinny fat yet those two muscles look decently developed

You might want to do less weighted hypers and more of everything else.
i usually warm up with 10 reps with no weight, then 25x10, and finish with a set of 35x10...really nothing that crazy
in that case, your erectors are pretty darn good
i would think you could do more weight than that at those reps
