How do you people with fast metabolisms cope with weight gain? I eat alot every day like 5 times a day yet I still cant gain weight with gym work, its been like 6 months already!!! I'm sick of it, I need some supps to boost my growth. Can anybody please help a brother out here? Any info would be great. I'm already taking whey protein and creatine every session, plus multi vitamins every day as well as glutamine. This shit aint working, I need something else.
