anybody in here had a herniated disc before?

yesterday, just walking down the stairs, all of a sudden it felt like i had a pull in my traps/neck and felt like my back needed to crack.

last night, i had numbness in the crotch+ass region and still having some possible numbness today but it could just be from squats and deadlifts last night.

    :dunno:

i was also playing PS2 sitting in folding chair and leaning forward so that could have cut off some bloodflow?

    anyone?

One day on the way to the gym something went wrong with my back. All I could think was herniated disc since I've had one before. By the time I got to the gym I could barely walk. I crawled in and choked down my Animal Pack. Before I knew it I was standing erect agian and squatting 1100lbs. Sure I could still feel the pain but the animal in me just kept taking more control. Soon it was unpossible for me to continue as my spine had shattered. I took another Animal Pack. I reached around the back of my neck and ripped my entire spine out. Now flopped over at the waist I grab an easy curl bar and shove it up my ass. I put another 500 on the bar and rip out 25 reps. Sure I have an odd slouch about me now but I'm animal enough to handle it. Are you?

Your numbness most likely isn't caused by any kind of herniated disc since you are describing it in both anterior and posterior areas, which are supplied by different vertebral nerve rami, do you have any pain in your glutes or weakness in your hipflexors?

so after checking my nuts and jamming her finger in my ass, she (the doctor) said it's most likely a strained muscle, somewhere in the groin region.

gotta get a scan of my lower abdominal region to rule out a hernia :ugh:
