185x2...it's actually from November, but I wasn't able to get it off of my phone...speaking of which, excuse the quality.

What do I need to work on form-wise?

    Edit: I guess it's technically my 1 rep C&P PR too :o

That was at ~1pm. I usually go around 6pm, which is when it's packed. I've had people walk under the bar while I do C&P in that same spot. Some of the people at my gym aren't too bright

:werd:...my regular C&P best is 135x4 and that 4th rep generally takes at least 30 seconds :o

cool. when doing a strict press, is it bad to lean back sorta? I tend to lean back when it gets real heavy ..

Its a push press, not a standing military press. I would suggest that you use more leg drive and try to aim to be more explosive/quicker on the clean and the press.

I assume by "more leg drive" you mean bend my knees more so that I have more momentum going up? Explosiveness/quickness is something I always have a problem with...I've always been relatively slow in everything (sports, weightlifting) in terms of explosiveness. Am I doomed by my muscle fibers or is there a way to fix this?
