Let me know what i should work on.
Mainly im doing squats, leg press, seated raises
Legs are looking good. This a before or after shot? progress is hard to determine without a reference point. As for excercises don't forget leg curls... they blow but they are good for ya.
leg curls are useless
Not the greatest exercise and I will agree there are much better but useless?
No before shots of the legs....just posting to see what advice i can get.
Leg curls is the machine where you lay on your stomach and curl the weight right? Not the one where you sit and push up?
Legs look pretty thick dude.

Take a side shot or back shot so we can see your hammys. Legs look solid from the front.

I only do leg curls to get blood flowing (recovery work)... they don't do enough aside from that

sorta useless to list, 95% of gyms don;t have them
no wonder I didnt understand. I'm trying to get a group together at my gym to petition for certain types of equipment, but I doubt that will make the list.
have them get a GHR... you can do all kinds of shit with one
word... i'd kill for a quality GHR. The last few gyms I've been a member of have had RH's but not one has had a good GHR.
I never figured how to do a pull through
did em for the first time a few days ago, they were awesome
i got a lot of funny looks in the gym though
its takes a while to get the movement right, the first ~5 times I did them I didnt feel shit. then I really focused on driving through my heels and initiating the movement kinda like you would for a sumo pull. never looked back since
are you asian ? or do you naturally have no hair on your legs.
