    How Do You Rename A Files Extension?

    Just click on the file to change its name and at the end it will show it's file name.. Just change it from there.. If you have the file extensions disabled for showing, then do: Tools > Folder Options > View > Uncheck Hide file extensions for known file types

    Can't you just right click on the file, go properties and under the general tab change it? Works for me :)

    So just click "yes". Contrary to popular belief, the extension on a file has nothing to do with its type.

    or go to ur console and from there type

    c:\lesbian pr0n\rename dualies001.jpg tittysucker001.jpg

    so thats rename filename.oldext newfilename.newext
