I am a teacher at a K-8 school. The way my schedule is set, I have two groups of students during the day. My first group has me for an hour before they go to PE. Basically, I need to wake them up from 8:00-9:15. I need some type of exercise that everyone (from my soccer player to my Halo3fatass) can do that isn't overly exhaustive for children. Oh, I teach 7th grade, by the way...so 12-14 year olds. I guess I also need something they don't need a ton of room for.
