    Ok.. my bro post here and gave me a workout plan, but I want to get a couple of others people opinion too.. Im 6'3 about 150 more or less. Im going to max out so will update you on that.. What is a good eating/workout plan?.. do I eat anything or should I eat certain things... What about proten and whey and shit do I really need to take that shit? :hs:

    my roomate is 5'10" and nevvvvvvvvver lifts weights (but plays baseball and basketball sometimes) and he weighs 170 @ sub 10% bf...
