Alright mighty detailing Gods, I hope you guys can help me. I got new efini emblems for my car for xmas, so I removed the old emblems for the swap. Well they were attached with sticky stuff (for lack of a better word) When I removed it from the front I had no problems at all, but when I removed the sticky stuff from the rear, this happened:

Is there anyway I can fix this without taking it to a shop?

If all that is on the surface of the paint, you can polish it out but if you can feel indentations with your fingernail, either a repaint or replacement of the emblem will be needed.

Don't you wish 'debadged' was an option on new cars?

Yeah, there's definately indentations. I guess I could just put the stock emblem back on until I can have it repainted. Damn this pisses me off, especially since the front goo came off so clean.

    Thanks man.
