Help with workouts

    I just recently got into the gym again and this time I want to work out the right way by eating healthy, proper routines and watching my diet.

    Im currently 6"1 and i weigh 185-190 (not fat just muscular legs from soccer)

    What I want to know is what kind of food I should be eating when I wake up, as a snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and if anything else needed.

    I don't want to become huge I just want to be normally big.

    and if there is anything else I need to be doing please feel free to tell me.

    P.S. whats a good shake to be drinking i just do milk, peanut butter, 2 raw eggs, and a little scoop of ice cream
