Chicken breasts, fish, veggies, fruit, etc. Stuff that's low in fat & sugar, no fast food/junk food. Eat 4-5 smaller meals a day, and do some cardio 5 days a week.

    How tall are you?

count your calories and be consistent. given your weight i'd start at around 2600-2800 and slowly reduce from there.

i eat eggs/whites, chicken, beef, fish, whey protein powder, casien protein powder, peanut butter, peanuts, jello pudding, protein cookies, broccoli, spinach, cottage cheese, fish oil caps...i dunno man i eat lots of stuff. Most importantly is that you consistently get the correct amount of calories, and you get lots of protein and sufficient healthy fats.

You should increase the Cardio to 20-30 minutes of Intense Eliptical Training. Do the Hill Climb, Backwards/Forwards, and you'll get a real Pump, amd sweat your AZZ off...
