Help with weight loss.... I was recommended Clen

    As the title says someone said that i could take 20mcg of something called clenbuterol. I did a couple of google searches and searches on here and i have seen that there are other things that make taking it safer. Potassium, Sodium etc...

    I am working on losing like 40lbs over the next 5-6 months and have been actually working out now for like 4 weeks. 45min of cardio and ab work and mid weight lifting workouts to help cut more. I'm down about 11lbs of real weight so far.

    I read 4 different sites and a few articles but i wanted to get some input from people who have taken it or are familiar.

    Hopefully i don't come across as a complete f&n noob but i just feel i can get more realistic info from you guys to help me make a decision on taking it.

    Oh for christing fucks sake stay away from clen.

    Its not something you just casually use while knowing nothing about it. Unless you want to risk seriously fucking yourself up.

    this is why i came here with my questions. From what i read it's not a big risk unless you take over 60mcgs a day. can you tell me what would be bad?

    I don't plan on just starting on this stuff right away. I am trying to do a lot of research then decide.

    Eh...I dunno about that.

    DNP is a known carcinogen, and I think its far more dangerous if you dose heavy than clen is. DNP will definately burn more, faster though. It isnt for the light of heart. I know chics who regularly run cycles of clen. I personally am starting 20 mcg tomorrow (5 on, 2 off) for 2 weeks.



    But, I would certainly not recommend it to the threadstarter. Clen isnt a good choice for you.


    Get your diet and excercise in check first. Then if you want a thermogenic, try ECY stack.

    can you hook me up with some wisdom here?

    I'll be honest and say that the reason i would even consider something like this is because i am worried that i won't see the results i hope to get and loose my drive to continue. as it is now i do skip a few gym days here and there but do try to stick to a descent diet. I have heard that products like hydroxycut and the likes are no good anymore without ephedra.

    Why don't you try consistantly going to the gym and doing cardio instead of looking for chemicals to do the work for you?

    Get your diet in check then worry about supps. Seriously no one should touch clen much less DNP. DNP = ATP uncoupler

    If you're that much overweight, you just need to eat less and move more. It's a lifestyle- you'll have to find your determination for yourself. I'm not being mean :wavey: just telling you straight up.

    i've been going through the OT stickies like a MFer getting some cool recipes so eating healthy doesn't get boring.

    I was just thinking a little extra boost could really help push me.

    i know man. I intend too. I was told i should really start logging my work outs and progress so that i can see what works best for me and see the results which could help push me.

    Save it for when you stop getting losses with diet/exercise :) It gets harder to lose fat and keep muscle when you get much leaner; that's when chemicals will help the most.

    youve been working out for a month and already you're convinced you need to take clen to achieve your goals? sorry buddy, sounds like you're not going to make it with that mindset

    can you not read that i am asking about it so i can LEARN more about it and make an educated decision. i don't know where you got convinced from. Obviously from the very helpful posters above it isn't right for me.
