help with supps

    lifting 6 months, 5' 11'' 178 pds, eating has improved greatly. Taking about 100 grams of protein from shakes alone spread out thru the day.
    1. What is the most beneficial amount of grams of protein i should thru whey throughout the day.
    2. What are some other must take supps, thinking about creatine.

    1. it should be no more than 50/50 really.
    2. nothing. Try creatine, it works well for some people.

    what type of creatine would u recommend, a specific one which offers somethin more or are they basically the same.
