Ok, i'm switching into a new room at the house i'm living at. The room is aprox 10x10. I have a 6.1 speaker setup that I am moving into that room.

What would be the optimal placement for the speakers for movies and music? I have to wall mount the rear surround speakers and can go a maximum of about 7ft in height.

Could I just put one in each corner angled twoard the center of the room and the third in the center at the same height?

Could I do the same with the fronts?

    sorta like this....

    Code:
------------------------------------------
FL C FR
                    TV

I think that looks like a good setup. I am assuming you will be listening with your head very close to the rear wall?
