The computer the printer is hooked up to doesn't have SP1 and I think the version of windows if pirated. The other ones have different versions of windows I believe. It recognizes the printer on the other computers, but if you try to print it doesn't work. When you try to check the properties of the printer on the other computers, and error message pops up and it doesn't let you edit anything. It has the little file for the printer but it says Not Connected I think. I can't check on the other computers at the moment, because they are in use. There's a check next to the printer icon, but it says unable to connect. ! I'm making this topic for a guy on another board. I couldn't help him and I figured someone here could.
