Now that I'm off school, I got plenty of time to go to the gym and whatnot. Ideally I'd like to slow bulk; I'm 5' 11'', about 180 and at 11 % bf (caliper test). I'm doing the sticky routine, but am usually going an extra 1 or 2 days per week and doing at minimum 4 sessions of 40 min on the bike after workout. If I continue at 40/40/20 at 2600 calories, do you think I'll see good gains with minimal body fat gain? Here's the daily diet

stop going those extra days per week unless its just cardio. lots of people on this forum have made good progress with the program in tyhe sticky no reason to mess with it at all to start out with.
